Let’s go, people, let’s go back to the countryside,” is one of the slogans of the international peasant movement for its 8th Conference, a space that brings together delegates from all over the world to think and coordinate global actions for access to land and water, agroecology and seeds.
Special call for solidarity
La Via Campesina calls on the governments of the world, and in particular progressive governments and those of the South, to do everything in their power to end apartheid and Israel’s colonization. The Governments have a responsibility to coordinate their efforts to secure a future for Palestine and the entire Palestinian people, and to ensure that justice is done in the face of Israel’s crimes against humanity.
