The contemporary agrarian policy of the World Bank
This article briefly analyses, what the agrarian policy of the World Bank, commended publicly for Latin American countries and Caribbean, Africa, Asia, Easter and Central Europe, Middle East and the former Soviet Block, consists of. The text is organised in four items. The first discusses the general recycling lines of the new liberal project, as it was operated in the 90s by the Bank. The second item presents a hypothesis on the reasons that led them to resume their agenda on agrarian policies. The fourth item highlights the functionality of this agenda in the agro-industrial-financial capital accumulation circuit.
