In the framework of Human Rights Day, we present the 5th Edition of our E-Bulletin “Alto al fuego” with an overview of the status of the implementation of the Peace Agreement in Colombia and the humanitarian crisis in the country, five years after the signing. This effort is a product of La Via Campesina’s commitment to monitoring the implementation of the agreement, especially the point related to a Comprehensive Agrarian Reform and, in general, to the construction of peace in Colombia.
